  Starting from December 1, 2024, China will also integrate the Foreigner's Work Permit with the Social Security Card by loading information related to foreigners' work permits in China onto the social security card. Relying on physical social security cards and electronic social security cards, foreign talents can conveniently handle matters such as social security payment, medical reimbursement, and transportation, and this policy innovation has greatly enhanced the sense of experience and integration of foreign talents working in China.

  2025 年政策升级力度进一步加大:2025 年 10 月 1 日起,专为外国青年科技人才设立的 K 字签证正式生效。申请人需满足 STEM(科学、技术、工程、数学)领域学士及以上学历,或在知名高校、科研机构从事相关工作的条件,无需国内用人单位邀请即可申请。持证人可停留期间从事科技交流、创业调研等活动,为后续就业铺路。中创侨智已推出 K 字签证申请专项服务,帮助申请人梳理学历认证、科研经历证明等材料,评估申请。

  外国人在华合法工作,必须跨越两道门槛:工作许可和工作类居留证件。任何单位和个人不得聘用未取得相关证件的外国人。

For foreigners to work legally in China, they must cross two thresholds: a work permit and a work-type residence permit. No entity or individual may employ foreigners who have not obtained the relevant documents.

核心要求

  •   用人单位:需依法设立,聘用岗位需为国内暂缺人选的特殊岗位,支付工资不低于当地最低工资标准;
  •   申请人条件:年满 18 周岁、身体健康、无犯罪记录,具备岗位所需专业技能,从事工作需符合国内急需紧缺方向。

  Core Requirements

  •   Employers: Must be legally established, the recruited positions must be special positions for which there is a temporary shortage of candidates in China, and the wages paid must not be lower than the local minimum wage standard;

  •   Applicant qualifications: At least 18 years old, in good health, with no criminal record, possessing the professional skills required for the position, and the work to be engaged in must conform to the domestically urgently needed and scarce directions.

  2.   最高学位(学历)证书及认证文件;
