“美方加严限制中国芯片”，商务部回应，风波规避！

　　15日下午，商务部举行新闻发布会，有记者就最近美国商务部下属的工业安全局发布公告称，在全球使用华为芯片都属于违反美国的出口管制进行提问。

　　商务部新闻发言人何咏前表示，中方注意到了有关情况，美方公告是典型的非市场和单边霸凌做法，充分暴露其单边主义、保护主义本质，美方滥用出口管制措施，对中国芯片产品以“莫须有”罪名加严限制，严重损害中国企业正当权益，严重威胁全球半导体产供链稳定，严重破坏市场规则和国际经贸秩序。

　　美方此举不利于双方企业长期互利可持续的合作和发展。中方敦促美方立即纠正错误做法，并将采取坚决措施维护中国企业正当权益。

　　中方敦促美方尽快停止232关税措施

　　商务部新闻发言人何咏前表示，关于美方针对进口汽车、钢铝的232关税，以及对进口药品发起232调查，中方认为，美方做法是典型的单边主义和保护主义行径，不仅损害他国权益，破坏以规则为基础的多边贸易体制，也无益于本国产业发展。中方敦促美方，尽快停止232关税措施，通过平等对话，妥善解决各方关切。
